TINY TOTS - Tuesdays at St John's Church, Boxmoor
This group meets every Tuesday in term time in the Church Hall for playtime and refreshments at 9.30am, followed by a service of action songs and prayers in church, finishing at 11.00am. In summer there is a picnic in the Church grounds, and in January a party. For babies and little ones under five.
PLAYBOX - Wednesdays at St Mary and St Joseph's small hall, Boxmoor
This is a small, friendly local playgroup that has run for several years in the old church hall beneath St Mary and St Joseph's Church in Boxmoor (entrance on Horsecroft Road). The group is run by parents and activities and refreshments are on a rota basis. There is a singalong and rhymes at the end of each session. HEMEL HEMPSTEAD METHODIST CHURCH PARENT AND TODDLER GROUP - Fridays on Northridge Way
This playgroup has been running 15 years, organised by Sue Carson and Sue Thomson. Sue Carson is well known for her lively singalong, and there are also crafts and refreshments. Christingle service for children on Friday 5 December; Christmas party on Friday 12 December. Details: Fridays, 10am-11.30am, term times only. £2 per family.Church is located on the corner of Ashtree Way and Northridge Way.
